Sri Bindu Yoga Meditation Center is one of its' kind Yoga Center associated with Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan's Yoga Bharati and offers training in methods of the several subtle and esoteric practices as taught in the traditions of Himalayan Yoga, Tao, and Tantra. An integration of the practices of Raja-Yoga, Tao, and Tantra gives the desired benefits of each of these practices. All our practices have a Three-Pronged Approach, which involves controlling, regulating, and training
1) the body (consisting the internal organs and external parts),
2) the breath, and
3) the mind, and observing these levels from the next level of awareness, the Higher Mind.
We don't practice only physical exercises. We don't practice only breathing exercises. We don't practice only mental exercises and meditation. We practice all three and combine all three which is necessary to build a firm foundation for further progress in the Path. We follow a Holistic Approach aimed at expansion of one's awareness at various levels of one's existence.
Sri Bindu Yoga Meditation Center offers specific practices for specific needs of individual's - students', women, senior-citizens', and institutions. All practices are aimed at managing and overcoming stress at all levels of the individual's personality encompassing the physical, vital, mental, emotional, and social. The practices are simple and practicable requiring as little as three minutes of your time several times through the day (or night for those working during the night), or as much time as you can spare for your self.
